Spec home construction at the luxury end of the market requires a builder who understands what the end buyer is looking for in each specific neighborhood. A spec home in Port Royal is not the same product as a spec home in Davis Islands. The finishes, the layouts, the lot presentation — all of it needs to be calibrated to what will command a premium in that market.

Collin and Tyler have been on the ground in Southwest Florida and Tampa Bay long enough to know what buyers in these markets expect, what they reject, and where spec builders typically over- or under-invest. We are selective about the spec projects we take on. We build spec homes where we can put our name on the finished product without reservation — and where the location, lot, and budget allow us to do that honestly.
