The Principals

Meet Collin
and Tyler.

C
Collin Alexander
Co-Principal · GC License CBC1266523

Collin holds Florida General Contractor License CBC1266523 and leads all construction operations for Alexander² Construction. He is on the ground at every project, managing subcontractors, reviewing work, and ensuring the build meets the standard we put our name on. Clients deal directly with Collin throughout the construction phase — no intermediate layers.

T
Tyler Alexander
Co-Principal · Operations

Tyler leads business development, client relations, and operations for Alexander² Construction. He is the first point of contact for new projects and remains involved from discovery through final walkthrough. Tyler also manages the company's expansion across Southwest Florida and Tampa Bay markets, identifying the right lots, relationships, and opportunities before they reach the open market.

What We Stand For

Built on these
principles.

01
Both of us, always

Every project gets both principals, personally. Not a team that represents Collin and Tyler — Collin and Tyler themselves. That is a real commitment with a real cost. It is also why we limit how many we take on.

02
Fewer, better builds

We have turned down projects. We will turn down more. The limit is not capacity — it is quality. A home built by an overstretched builder is still a home. It is just not the home you thought you were getting.

03
Markets we know cold

Southwest Florida coastal code is not the same as inland code. Tampa Bay waterfront permits are not the same as standard Pinellas County permits. We have done both, repeatedly. That depth is not something you acquire quickly.

04
Transparent pricing

Every allowance number is discussed and documented before construction begins. No surprises mid-build. Our clients know what they are spending and why before a single foundation pour.

05
Communication that respects your time

Our clients are busy people. They should not have to chase us for updates. We establish cadence and communication expectations upfront, then we meet them. Every time.

06
The relationship outlasts the project

We have built for clients who came back to us for their second home, and referred us to friends building their first. That happens because we earned it on the first project. Not because we asked for the referral.
