A warranty is only as strong as the builder standing behind it. When you build with Alexander², the warranty is backed by Collin and Tyler personally, not a warranty company that may or may not be reachable when you need them.
We provide full written warranty documentation at the time of closing. Every coverage period, every covered system, every exclusion is spelled out clearly before you move in. No vague language. No fine print surprises.
Coverage for defects in workmanship and materials throughout the home. Includes finishes, fixtures, doors, windows, and installed systems.
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems. Coverage for defects in distribution systems as defined under Florida statute.
Major structural defects including load-bearing components, foundation, and framing. The longest and most significant protection we provide.
